The Birth of S.O.U.L. Outreach Services Partners in Life and Purpose

Orlando and Desire always dreamed of building a business together. Both natural-born leaders, they believed their connection went beyond being soulmates—they were true partners, destined to serve a greater purpose.

One day, the idea to cook a simple meal of spaghetti came to Desire’s heart. Though spaghetti wasn’t her favorite, she felt a calling to make it. After days of leftovers, the couple realized they needed to share the food rather than waste it.

The Moment That Sparked It All

On October 16th, Orlando and Desire decided to prepare plates of food to give away, along with Gatorade. Orlando created 10 To Go boxes, and once Desire returned home from work, they went downtown to distribute meals.

When they arrived, they were met by 30+ people—far more than they had anticipated. Without hesitation, the couple promised to return.

Orlando quickly grabbed a case of water and chips from a nearby store.
Desire stopped at Subway, ordering sandwiches to be cut into smaller portions.

Though it was unplanned and a little disorganized, the people were grateful and appreciative. That evening, after fulfilling their promise, the couple went to dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse, inspired by what had just happened. It was at that moment that S.O.U.L. Outreach Services was born.
